செய்முறை

1. இப்பொழுது ஒரு அகன்ற கெனமான இரும்பு வடச்சட்டியில் அரிசி மற்றும் பாசிபருப்பை போட்டு நன்றாக சிறுதீயிலே மூன்று நிமிடங்கள் வரை வறுக்கவும்.

2. பிறகு அதில் 2 தேக்கரண்டி பசு நெய் விட்டுகோங்க நன்றாக சிறுதீயில் ஒரு நிமிடம் வதக்கவும்.

3. இப்பொழுது பிரஷர் குக்கரில் தண்ணீர் சேர்க்க வேண்டும் , 1 1/2 கப் அரிசி மற்றும் பாசி பருப்பிற்கு 10 கப் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்துகோங்க இதனுடன் நன்றாக நசுக்கிய பச்சை மிளகாய் இஞ்சி துருவல் , நசுக்கிய மிளகு மற்றும் தேவையான அளவிலான உப்புத்தூள் சேர்த்துகோங்க.

4. இப்பொழுது பிரஷர் குக்கரின் மூடியை மூடி நன்றாக 6 விசில் வரை விட்டுகோங்க நன்றாக தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் நன்றாக குழைய குழைய இருக்க வேண்டும் பொங்கல் கொஞ்சம் தழைய தழைய இருக்க வேண்டும்.

HOMOEOPATHIC REMEDIES

A breast lump is swelling, a growth, or a lump in the breast. Breast lumps in both men and women raise concern for breast cancer , even though most lumps are not cancer.

Both males and females of all ages have normal breast tissue. This tissue responds to hormone changes. Because of this, lumps can come and go.

Breast lumps may appear at any age:---

Both male and female infants may have breast lumps from their mother's estrogen when they are born. The lump will most often go away on its own as the estrogen clears from the baby's body.

Young girls often develop "breast buds," which appear just before the beginning of puberty. These bumps may be tender. They are common around age 9, but may happen as early as age 6.

Teenage boys may develop breast enlargement and lumps because of hormone changes in mid-puberty. Although this may be upsetting to boys, the lumps or growth almost always go away on their own over a period of months.

Causes-- Lumps in a woman are often caused by fibrocystic changes, fibroadenomas, and cysts.

Fibrocystic changes are painful, lumpy breasts. Fibrocystic breast changes do not increase your risk of breast cancer. Symptoms are most often worse right before your menstrual period, and then improve after your period starts

Fibroadenomas are noncancerous lumps that feel rubbery. They move easily inside the breast tissue. Like fibrocystic changes, they occur most often during the reproductive years.They are most often not tender. Except in rare cases, they do not become cancerous later. A health care provider can feel during an exam whether a lump is a fibroadenoma. The only way to be sure, however, is to remove or biopsy the lump.

Cysts are fluid-filled sacs that often feel like soft grapes. These can sometimes be tender, often just before your menstrual period.

Other causes of breast lumps include:

·         Breast cancer.

·         Injury. Blood may collect and feel like a lump if your breast gets badly bruised. These lumps tend to get better on their own in a few days or weeks. If they do not improve, your provider may have to drain the blood.

·         Lipoma. This is a collection of fatty tissue.

·         Milk cysts (sacs filled with milk) and infections (mastitis ), which may turn into an abscess  . These typically occur if you are breastfeeding or have recently given birth.

HOMOEOPATHIC REMEDIES

BRYONIA ALBA 1M- Bryonia alba is indicated when breast lump with stitching pain is present . The breast is hard and painful. Pain in breast at menstrual period. The breast pain aggravates during movement.

CALCAREA CARB 30-.An excellent remedy for breast lump .Breasts are hot and swollen. Chronic cystic mastitis. Blunt duct adenosis; best remedy for fibroadenoma. Lump in breast is hard, nodular and tender to touch in the beginning. Then the pains are reduced and the lump turns to be hard due to calcification. Calcarea acts best when the tumours are calcified. These breasts are swollen and tender before menses. Deficient lactation. The breasts are distended in lymphatic women. Patient complains of profuse sweating around the genitalia with dirty smell . Inflammatory condition of the breast. With breast condition patient has the mental symptoms due to sufferings. Patient is anxious, tired and weak, both mentally and physically.

CALCAREA FLOUR 30- Calcarea flour. Is another top remedy for lump in breast.  Lump in the breast which is hard, movable with clear margins which are sharp in nature, or their edges are sharply defined. Most commonly they are solitary, very rarely multiple. Occurs in young patients usually unmarried. Nodules are in upper right quadrants. The patient is sad and depressed due to financial condition. Confused due to melancholic condition of mind. Patient is chilly, and she is very sensitive to cold air, cold wind and cold atmosphere in general. Genitals are sore. Urine is copious and offensive. Pain at the tip of the urethra while urinating and after the act. Pain in back extending to sacrum.

CONIUM MACULATUM 30-Conium maculatum is one of the top remedies for breast lump. Here the mammary glands are hard and sore. A typical carcinoma of the breast, that is, scirrhous adenocarcinoma, which begins in the ducts and ends in the parenchyma. As the stage advances the Cooper's ligament shortens and thus it produces the notch. Sometimes the condition is associated with the inflammation of the breast tissue. The region is hard and nodular, tender to touch. Burning and stinging pains in the breast. The skin over the tumour is adherent. Occasionally there is discharge of pus from the nipple. The lesion is hard, almost cartilaginous. The edges are distinct, serrated and irregular; associated with productive fibrosis.

BARYTA CARB 30-- Baryta carb is very effective for breast lump.Inflammation, induration and enlargement are the fundamental pathogeneses of this drug. The mammary gland is enlarged and there is a lump, which is hard. There is very sensitive to touch. The glands which are enlarged are tender with infiltration. The women of late twenties are affected. These patients present with hard but not serrated mass with firm rubbery consistency. Their edges are sharply defined. Most commonly the tumours solitary. or occasionally are multiple. They are differentiated from cancer by smooth rather than irregular lobulations. A bloody discharge from nipple is indication of this drug. All the glands of the body are very sensitive to cold and they are worse by taking cold. The skin over the gland becomes ulcerated. It is seen that this remedy works better in Paget's disease of nipple which is supposed to be primary carcinoma of the mammary gland.

BELLIS PERENNIS 30-Bellis perennis is prescribed when the lump is caused by a trauma that causes injury to deeper tissues of the breast . The main indication is sore, bruised feeling in breast. Breasts engorged. 

CHIMAPHILIA UMBELLATA 30- Chimaphilia is indicated for painful tumor of mammae in women of large breasts.There is sharp pain through breast.

HYDRASTIS CANADENSIS 30—Hydrastis is prescribed to those  patients who  have the tendency to indurated glands. Swelling of the mammary glands. Fat necrosis and glandular cell myoblastoma are common in this remedy. Fat necrosis tumour is probably post-traumatic. Patient complains of pain and tenderness. The lesion is fixed to the breast tissue, which sometimes causes dimpling of the overlying skin. Engorged nipples, cracks and discharges of watery fluid or there is serosanguinous discharge. The patient is weak and emaciated, fainting due to improper assimilation or defective assimilation. All-gone sensation or empty feeling in the stomach, not relieved by eating. Chronic catarrhal condition of the membrane of the stomach. Patient is thirstless. Obstinate constipation, colicky and crampy pain in the abdomen. Liver is enlarged and tender.

IODUM 30-This remedy predominantly acts on the enlargement of the mammary glands which may be either neo-plastic or malignant. The mucous membranes of the glands and the breast tissue are inflamed. The breast tissues are hypertrophied, enlarged, hard and nodular. Emaciation of the patient due to malabsorption. The tumours are well differentiated. They have a discrete capsule. Small lesions present leaf-like intracanalicular protrusions and large lesions have cystic space. Inflammation of the lesions, ulceration occasionally, excoriating and acrid discharge from the nipple or from the lesion. Oedematous swelling of the affected breast.

LAPIS ALBUS 30-The main action of this remedy is on the glands of mammary region. These glands have the tendency to turn malignant. Remarkable results are observed in scrofulous condition of the glands. Fibroid tumours, intense burning pains in the parts. The tumours have pliability and a kind of softness rather than hardness. The margins are clear. The glands are elasticity, exactly the reverse of Calc. fluorica.

PHYTOLACCA DEC. 30-Phytolacca is another remedy effective for lump in breast. Mammae hard an very sensitive. Tumors of the breast with enlargement of axillary glands. When child nurses pain goes from the nipple all over the body. Irritable breast before and during menses.

PLUMBUM IODIDE 30-Plumbum iodide is another effective remedy for breast lump. There are indurations of breast, especially when a tendency to become inflamed , appears sore and painful.Indurations of great hardness and associated with a very dry skin.

SCROPHULARIA NODOSA Q-- Scrophularia has specific affinity for the breast. It is very useful in the dissipation of breast tumours.

Liver remedies

. Bryonia - 

1. The liver is swollen, congested and inflamed.

2. The pains in the hypochondriac region are worse from any motion, and better from lying on the right side, which lessens the motion of the parts when breathing .

3. It is one of the chief remedies for jaundice brought on by a fit of anger.

4.  There is a bitter in the mouth and the stools are hard and dry.

5. Bryonia is pre-eminently a gastro-hepatic remedy, and has pain in right shoulder, giddiness, skin and eyes slightly yellow.

Mercurius

1. This remedy has much sensitiveness and dull pain in the region of the liver; the patient cannot lie on the right side.

2. The liver is enlarged.

3. The skin and conjunctiva are jaundiced.

4. Stool - The stools are either clay-colored from absence of bile, or yellowish-green bilious stools passed with a great deal of tenesmus.

5. There is a yellowish white coated tongue which takes the imprint of the teeth and there is a foetid breath, loss of appetite and depression of spirits.

6. Mercurius is the remedy for jaundice arising from abuse of quinine when fever is present

Podophyllum

1. It induces a large flow of bile, and great torpidity, followed by jaundice.

2. It is indicated in torpid or chronically congested liver, when diarrhea is present.

3. The liver is swollen and sensitive, the face and eyes are yellow and there is a bad taste in the mouth.

4. The tongue is coated white or yellow and the bile may form gall stones.

5. There is a loose watery diarrhea, or if constipation be present the stools are clay-colored.

Chelidonium.

1. There is soreness and stitching pains in the region of the liver,

2. Pain under the angle of the right shoulder blade, which may extend to the chest, stomach, or hypochondrium

3. There is swelling of the liver, chilliness, fever, jaundice, yellow coated tongue, bitter taste and a craving for acids and sour things, such as pickles and vinegar.

4. The stools are profuse, bright yellow and diarrhea; they may be clayey in color. It affects 5. The left lobe of the liver much less than does Carduus marianus.

Myrica cerifera.

1. Jaundice due to imperfect formation of bile in the liver, and not to any obstruction,

2. There is dull headache, worse in the morning, the eyes have a dingy, dirty, yellowish hue,

3. The tongue is coated yellow.

4. The headache is worse in the morning.

5. The patient is weak and complains of muscular soreness and aching in the limbs

6. There is slow pulse and dark urine.

Nux vomica.

1. In liver affections occurring in those who have indulged to excess in alcoholic liquors, highly seasoned food, quinine, or in those who have abused themselves with purgatives,

2. Nux is the first remedy to be thought of.

3. The liver is swollen hard and sensitive to the touch and pressure of clothing is uncomfortable.

4. The first remedy in cirrhosis of the liver.

5.Colic may be present.

6. Jaundice induced by anger also calls for Nux, also jaundice from abuse of quinine.

Lycopodium.

1.  the liver is sensitive to the touch, and there is a feeling of tension in it, a feeling as if a cord were tied about the waist.

2. Cirrhosis. The pains are dull and aching instead of sharp and lancinating,

3. Fulness in the stomach after eating a small quantity.

4. Pain in back and right side from congestion will often yield to the remedy.

Carduus marianus.

1.This remedy is indicated in jaundice with dull headache, bitter taste,

2. White tongue with red edges,

3. Nausea and vomiting of a greenish fluid.

4. There is an uncomfortable fullness in the region of the liver,

5. The stools are bilious and the urine golden yellow;

6. There is sensitiveness in the epigastrium and right hypochondrium.

7. The presence of “liver spots seems to be a special indication for the remedy.

8. Biliousness following la grippe has been cured with Carduus.

பச்சை கொத்துமல்லித் தழைகளை மிக்ஸில் அரைத்து தினமும் காலையில் எழுந்தவுடன் குடித்துவர தலைவலி நீங்கும்.

15. வயிற்றுப் பொருமல்

வசம்பை எடுத்துச் சுட்டுக் கரியாக்கி அதனுடன நல்லெண்ணெய், தேங்காய் எண்ணெய், விளக்கெண்ணெய் ஆகிய மூன்றையும் கலந்து அடிவயிற்றில் பூசினால் வயிற்றுப் பொருமல் நீங்கும்.

16. அஜீரணம்

ஒரு கப் சாதம் வடித்த நீரில், கால் ஸ்பூன் மஞ்சள் பொடியைக் கலந்து குடிக்க வயிற்று உப்புசம், அஜீரணம் மாறும். அல்லது சிறிது சுக்குடன் கருப்பட்டி,4 மிளகு சேர்த்து நன்கு பொடித்து 2 வேளை சாப்பிட்டால் அஜுரணம் குணமாகி பசி ஏற்படும்.
ஒமம்,கருப்பட்டி இட்டு கசாயம் செய்து பருகினால் அஜுரணம் சரியாகும்.

17. இடுப்புவலி

சாதம் வடித்த கஞ்சியை எடுத்து ஆறவைத்து ஒரு ஸ்பூன் நெய்யில் கொஞ்சம் சீரகம் கலந்து குடித்தால் இடுப்புவலி நீங்கும்.

18. வியர்வை நாற்றம்

படிகாரத்தை குளிக்கும் நீரில் கலந்து குளித்தாலும் வியர்வை நாற்றம் மட்டுப்படும்.

19. உடம்புவலி

சாம்பிராணி, மஞ்சள், சீனி போட்டு கஷாயமாக்கி பாலும் வெல்லமும் சேர்த்து பருகினால் உடம்புவலி தீரும்.

20. ஆறாத புண்

விரலி மஞ்சளை சுட்டு பொடி செய்து தேங்காய் எண்ணெயில் குழப்பி காலையிலும் இரவிலும் ஆறாத புண்களுக்கு மேல் போட்டால் சீக்கிரம் குணமாகிவிடும்.

21. கண் நோய்கள்

பசுவின் பால் நூறு மில்லி தண்ணீரில் அதே அளவு விட்டு இதில் வெண்தாமரை மலர்களைப் போட்டுக் காய்ச்சி பாத்திரத்தை இறக்கி வைத்து அதில் வரும் ஆவியைக் கண்வலி போன்ற நோய்கள் வந்த கண்ணில் படும்படி பிடித்தால், கண் நோய்கள் அகலும்.

22. மலச்சிக்கல்

தினமும் குடிநீரைக் காய்ச்சும் போது ஒரு கைப்பிடி சுக்கைத் தட்டிப் போடலாம். தேவைப் பட்டால் குடிநீரை வடிகட்டிக் கொள்ளலாம். மருத்துவ குணங்களைக் கொண்ட இப்பொருள், ஜீரணத்துக்கு உதவும், வாயுவை அகற்றும், அல்லது இரவில் இரண்டு வாழைப்பழம் சாப்பிடலாம்.

அதிகாலையில் இலேசான சுடுநீரில் அரை டீஸ்பூன் கடுக்காய்ப் பொடி சேர்த்துக் குடித்து விட்டால் பதினைந்து நிமிடங்களில் குடல் சுத்தமாகி விடும். தண்ணீர் அதிகம் குடிக்க வேண்டும்.
மலச்சிக்கல் இருக்காது. தண்ணீரும் குடிக்கச் சுவையாக இருக்கும்.

23. கபம்

வால்மிளகின் தூளை சீசாவில் பத்திரப்படுத்தி வேளைக்கு ஒரு சிட்டிகை தேனில் குழப்பிச் சாப்பிட கபம் நீங்கும்.

24. நினைவாற்றல்

வல்லாரைக் கீரையை நிழலில் காயவைத்து பொடித்து தினமும் ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி உண்டு வந்தால் நினைவாற்றல் பெருகும்.

25. சீதபேதி

சீதபேதி கடுமையாக உள்ளதா? ஊறவைத்த வெந்தயத்தை அரைத்து தயிரில் கலந்து 3 வேளை கொடுக்க குணமாகும்.

26. ஏப்பம்

அடிக்கடி ஏப்பம் வருகிறதா? வேப்பம்பூவை தூள் செய்து 4 சிட்டிகை எடுத்து இஞ்சி சாறுடன் கலந்து உட்கொண்டால் குணமாகும்.

27. பூச்சிக்கடிவலி

எறும்புகள் போன்ற பல்வேறு பூச்சிகள் கடித்து வலி, வீக்கம் போன்றவை ஏற்பட்டால் வெங்காயத்தை நறுக்கி அந்த இடத்தில் தேய்க்கவும்.

28. உடல் மெலிய

கொழு கொழுவென குண்டாக இருப்பவனுக்கு, உடல் இறுகி மெலிய, கொள்ளுப் பயறு (Horsegram) கொடுக்க வேண்டும்.

கறிவேப்பிலையை அம்மியில் வைத்து அதனுடன் தேக்கரண்டியளவு சீரகத்தையும் வைத்து, மை போல அரைத்து வாயில் போட்டு தண்ணீர் குடித்துவிட்டால் வயிற்றுப் போக்கு நிற்கும்.

31. வேனல் கட்டி

வேனல் கட்டியாக இருந்தால் வலி அதிகமாக இருக்கும். அதற்குச் சிறிதளவு சுண்ணாம்பும் சிறிது தேன் அல்லது வெல்லம் குழைத்தால் சூடு பறக்க ஒரு கலவையாக வரும் அதை அந்தக் கட்டியின் மீது போட்டு ஒரு வெற்றிலையை அதன் மீது ஒட்டி விடவும்.

நீர்ச்சுருக்கு வெயில் காலத்தில் முக்கியமாக பெண்களுக்கு நீர்க்கடுப்பு ஏற்படுகிறது. இதற்கு காரணம் வெயில் காலத்தில் அதிகமாகத் தண்ணீர் குடிக்காமல் இருந்தால் நீர்ச்சுருக்கு ஏற்படும். தாராளமாகத் தண்ணீர் குடிக்க வேண்டும். பார்லி அரிசி ஒரு கைப்பிடி எடுத்து 8 தம்ளர் தண்ணீரில் கொதிக்க வைத்து ஆறிய பிறகு குடிப்பது நல்லது. இளநீரில் வெந்தயப் பொடி கலந்து குடிக்கலாம்.

35. தாய்ப்பால் சுரக்க

அரிசியுடன் வெந்தயத்தைச் சேர்த்து கஞ்சியாக்கி காய்ச்சி உண்டு வந்தால் தாய்ப்பால் சுரக்கும்.

36. குழந்தை வெளுப்பாகப் பிறக்க

கர்ப்பிணிப் பெண்கள் அடிக்கடி இளநீர், தர்ப்பூசணி பழம் ஆகியவை சாப்பிட்டால் குழந்தை வெளுப்பாகப் பிறக்கும். அழகாகவும் இருக்கும்.

45. கை சுளுக்கு

கை சுளுக்கு உள்ளவர்கள் நீரில் மிளகுத் தூளும், கற்பூரத்தையும் போட்டுக் கொதிக்க வைத்து அந்தத் தண்ணீரைத் துணியில் நனைத்துச் சுளுக்கு உள்ள இடத்தின் மீது போடுங்கள். அல்லது டர்ப்பன்டைன் எண்ணெயைத் தடவினாலும் சுளுக்கு விட்டு விடும்.
